By looking to purchase or purchasing my art through any means, you agree to the following:
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reasons
✦ I do not allow any tracing, copying, or editing of my art unless given specific permission to. Coloring in if it's just lineart is fine.
✦ Please do not move my designs in/out of closed species without my permission first
✦ My art and designs are not for commercial use, only personal use.
✦ My art cannot be sold/traded for cryptocurrency.
✦ You can repost the commission to any site preferred, as long as it is credited back to me in some way.
✦ You cannot remove my watermark
✦ You can use any customs as a closed species design, but please let me know if you are commissioning a closed species if that is your intent from the beginning.
✦ I (most of the time) send my finished pieces through sta.sh link so the file is downloadable and can be used in its full resolution. These sta.sh files are subject to be deleted after 30 days. It is your responsibility to download the art and save it, after the file is deleted it is also most likely gone from my personal files as well and cannot be recovered. Please let me know if you would like the file to be emailed to you if you are afraid of losing the art at any time.
Things to note:
✦ My usual turnaround can be from a week to up to a few months depending on how busy I am and how large/complicated the order is. I try to keep my trello updated daily even if I make no progress on anything, please be sure to check there first if wondering about my progress. If you are farther down there’s a lesser chance I’ve started so look if the other orders are updated to see how close I am to starting yours.
✦ If you want an order done by a specific date please let me know. I will work with you best I can to get an order completed on time, but if the date is very close to order date I may charge a rush fee.

I will refund any commissions for cbcs if I mistakenly take it if it's not disclosed to me and realize before I finish. I will also take that as a sign that the commissioner has not read my TOS.
FAQ
What program/hardware do you use? I use the free version of Firealpaca for both animating and drawing. For my drawing tablet I use a Huion Inspiroy 2 M.What brush(es) do you use? I made my own custom square pen that you will see me use more often for my thicker lineart. The thinner, sketchier lineart I do is done with the rendering handwriting pen that comes with Firealpaca.Do you do requests? Yes, feel free to message me.
